Bible-based is living God’s word, God’s way – aligning ourselves completely with God’s unchanging principles and promises in our rapidly changing world. It’s both a foundation for our faith and a guidebook for living a fulfilling life.

Mission-focused is knowing that our faith and relationship with God are not just about ourselves. We were made for a greater purpose: to bring the gospel to the heart of the world we live in, and to help remove the barriers that prevent others from experiencing it for themselves. 

Spirit Led is tapping into a constant power source of supernatural boldness, confidence, and guidance from the Holy Spirit. It’s about living with the assurance that we are part of a bigger future and purpose than we could ever imagine, moving forward with courage, clarity, and conviction.

Life is meant to be lived to the fullest, seizing every opportunity and making the most of every moment. We believe that true living is about generosity, and being a source of light and joy to those around us – being the life and soul of the party, lifting others up, and bringing out the best in them.

Loving people means giving and serving those in our world, showing up for them through all of life’s ups and downs. It’s about creating communities and forming churches where people can belong even before they believe.

Being relational means seeking to truly know and be known by others. It’s about forming strong, authentic connections where nothing is left unsaid, and no issue is left unaddressed – proactively seeking to resolve any barriers or breaks in our relationships, creating an environment of trust, respect, and support. We believe that life is meant to be lived in community, and whilst we don’t have it all together, together we have it all. 

Being relevant means being right in and influencing the cultural mix, meeting people where they are, and creating churches that people love to be a part of and connected to. We believe that relevance is not about being trendy or cool, but about being timeless and classic, it’s being cheeky but with no compromise

Being robust means having the resilience to bounce back from life’s knocks and keep moving forward. It’s about stepping out of our comfort zones and into the unknown, trusting that the Holy Spirit within us is greater than any obstacle we may face. We believe that we are empowered to take hold of life and conquer its challenges, no matter how intimidating they may seem.
